查处劳动保障违法案件。全市共执法监察用人单位5643个，涉及劳动者76.23万人，查处劳动保障违法
案件794件，立案685件，结案670件，结案率97.8%，补签劳动合同1.8万份，催交社会保险费2459.1万
元，补发拖欠或克扣的职工工资169.7万元，有效地维护了劳动者的合法权益。
