校毕业生就业率达到85%以上。组织了烹饪技能大赛和在职职工、职业学校学生的技能竞赛。广泛开
展社会培训，培训在职职工3.5万人，组织劳动预备制培训6900人。积极推行了职业资格证书制度，
全市有3.75万人参加了职业技能鉴定考核，其中1.5万人获得了职业资格证书。
