    努力拓宽就业渠道，坚持把促进就业与经济发展、结构调整相结合，加快发展非国有经济、中小
企业、第三产业，大力开发就业岗位。加快了市县区两级劳动力市场建设，全市通过劳动力市场求职
登记的达到3.1万人次，有2.34万人实现了就业，年末城镇登记失业率3.5%。劳服企业有了新的发展，
总数达到368家，从业人员1.76万人。继续做好剩余劳动力劳务输出工作，全市劳动保障部门组织劳
务输出2.72万人，年末在外实有务工人员达到19.7万人。
