    《山东省信访规定》发布实施后，3月在全市集中开展了信访法规宣传月活动，全市共发放信访
法规宣传材料280余万份，出动宣传车400余辆，灌制录音带3600余盒，悬挂过街帘5600余幅，群众受
教育面达到70%以上， 群众依法信访和受理机关依法行政的意识明显增强。针对上访案件中涉法问
题较多的情况，开展公、检、法、司、信访五长联合接访，使大量涉法信访案件通过法律途径得到了
妥善解决。
