    工业园区是民营企业发展的载体，有利于民营企业聚集、发展和管理；各县区通过制定优惠政策，
加强基础设施管理，吸引个体私营业户进园经营，使企业、技术、人才、信息向工业小区聚集，形成
了群体规模优势。 罗庄区汤庄工业园，建园很短时间，就已发展企业32家，年产值2.6亿元，利税近
3000万元，苍山庄坞镇工业园仅牛蒡加工企业就达46家，其中外资和台资企业6家，形成全县山牛蒡
生产、加工和出口基地。到年底全市经济园区已发展到150个、产业镇70个、专业村1400个，进园、
镇、村从事身材经营的人员达60万人。
