    市政府下发了《临沂市关闭2万吨及以下造纸企业草浆生产线实施方案》，对临沂市荣华纸业有
限公司等7家企业、市政府已下令关闭的临沂市造纸厂等3家企业10月底前进行了关闭，对沂水县造纸
厂等5家企业于12月底前进行了关闭，并顺利通过了省政府组织的检查验收。通过关停，年减少企业
草制浆COD产生量20多万吨，年减少企业外排COD6695吨。
