    修订完善了城市防洪预案；及时组织召开了城市防汛工作会议，对防汛工作做了具体部署，市政
府与三区政府和市直各大口、各单位主要负责人签定了责任书；建立了严格的防汛值班制度，自6月1
日至9月30日实行24小时昼夜值班；对全城河道险段和严重淤积的地方进行了重点治理，对排水泵站
提前进行维修保养。 重点对护城河一小南至陵园前街段进行了取直、 清淤、石砌、改造，概算投资
221万元（含天元集团出资），对金源路至铁路桥段进行了清淤拓宽，大大提高了排水泄洪能力。
