《建筑业企业资质审查审批表》，对全市二级以上企业的经理进行了网上申报企业资质培训。完成了
全市首批企业资质申报，全市共有50家企业申请换证，为其中27家符合条件的企业换发了资质证书。
年内，室内装饰装修业管理职能划归建管办。
