    严格"两证"管理。共咨询通过21家"两证"企业，复查换证20家，注销2家。对外推荐注册企业3家，
输美陶瓷企业2家。全市"两证"企业累计达到161家，检疫卫生登记企业51家。积极推行质量体系认证，
提高企业综合竞争力。先后选派6人次参加培训，重点学习2000版ISO9000标准、ISO14000标准及HACCP
知识。2001年与14家企业新签咨询协议，独立完成咨询评审认证7家，累计指导帮助51家通过评审认
证。ISO14000咨询评审工作实现了零的突破。
