    抓住煤炭市场明显好转的机遇，围绕原煤生产，立足老区挖潜增产，新井稳产高产，原煤生产取
得历史性突破。全年共完成掘进进尺43433米，其中开拓进尺7238米，同比分别增长65.38%和210.91%。
全年计划生产原煤150万吨，实际产煤160万吨，超计划6.55%，与上年同期相比增长70.86%，首次突破
了150万吨。其中，株柏矿实现了矿井1992年投产以来首次达产，生产原煤24.18万吨，比计划指标超
产6万吨。古城煤矿煤炭产量稳步提高，下半年生产原煤54万吨，超过了设计能力。塘崖矿、褚墩矿、
草埠矿也超额完成了生产任务。
