法管理和工程建设力度， 全年共开展治理小流域19条，治理水土流失面积231平方公里，完成土石方
2863.8万立方米，工日1928万个，总投资7579.55万元。临沂市水土保持生态环境监督管理规范化试点
市建设顺利通过了水利部验收；沂水县示范工程示范县和莒南县的大岗沟、平邑县的张里、临沭县的
双龙河三条示范工程示范小流域通过了水利部、财政部验收。
