    为了提高干警素质，加强队伍建设，根据司法部、省司法厅的要求，成立了临沂市司法行政系统
素质教育考试考核委员会，制定了考试考核实施方案，明确基本素质的标准，考试考核的范围和内容，
以及考试考核的结果和登记认定、效力等内容。11月17～18日组织全市县级以上司法行政机关公务员、
司法助理员（含司法所工作人员）共423人参加了全国统一举行的基本素质教育考试，取得了优异的
成绩。
