    市中级人民法院共受理各类上诉案件3245件，审结3191件。在审结的案件中，维持原判的 1420件，
改判、发回重审的310件，调解、驳回、撤诉等其他处理的1461件。针对二审中发现的问题，及时通
过情况通报、内部函示等形式进行指导。全市法院共受理再审案件455件，审结434件，其中依法改判
137件。办理国家赔偿案件8件。受理检察机关抗诉的案件73件，审结68件，其中依法改判30件。
