    会同市物价、财政部门对人防收费标准进行了调整。加强对收费工作的领导，及时研究解决收费
中的问题。开通收费渠道，在巩固人防易地建设费和人头费征收的基础上，开通了个人建房及单位建
房在办理房产手续中补交人防费。增强收费工作的透明度，加强了对收费工作的监督，同时规范人防
建设费征收行为、法律文书和执法程序，进一步规范了人防建设费增收工作。2001年超额完成省人防
办下达的收费任务。
