    全市残疾人就业服务网络逐渐形成，12个县区都建立了就业服务机构，9个县制定了残疾人就业
配套措施。市、县区残联依据有关法律、法规和政策，严格规范各个环节的操作程序，依法开展残疾
人就业工作，逐步将这项工作纳入法制化轨道。2001年，全市按比例安置残疾人就业87人，集中安置
102人，个体从业369人，收缴残疾人就业保障金405万元。
