    年内，市委、市政府制定下发了《临沂市社会科学"十五"发展规划纲要》，根据纲要的要求，市
社联研究制定了《临沂市社会科学"十五"规划课题指南》，并向全市社会科学工作者和有关部门下发
了《关于申报市社科"十五"规划2001年度研究项目的通知》。经过专家组评审，共确定了28项课题为
临沂市社会科学2001年度重大或重点项目。确立了临沂师范学院、党校、经济研究中心等七家单位和
三家企业为临沂市社会科学研究基地。
