    严格贯彻上级房地产市场调控政策，深入落实差别化信贷举措，重点支持自住性购房，抑制投资
投机性购房。按照市委、市政府关于做好人才支撑新旧动能转换工作的指示精神，对高层次人才实行
公积金贷款上限4倍的贷款额度。依法依规办理住房公积金贷款业务，满足缴存干部职工的自住性购
房需求，充分发挥住房公积金的保障支持作用。全年向1.7万户家庭发放住房公积金贷款72.7亿元，
年末个贷比为84.6%。至2018年底，全市住房公积金贷款逾期率保持为0。
