    市人民医院牵头成立省级区域医疗中心医联体，市中心医院牵头成立辐射4市8县的健康管理中心，
市妇女儿童医院、市精神卫生中心分别建设了专科联盟。全市共建立医联体50余个、医共体7个。城
市三级医院门诊量下降10%以上，基层首诊率达95%以上。11月20日，市人大对临沂市医联体重点议案
进行督办，对医联体工作的探索给予高度评价。
