    着重从长效化和常态化入手，将严重精神障碍患者"查收管治各环节工作制度化、常态化。年内，
全市在册严重精神障碍患者报告患病率、规范管理率、面访率、在册患者服药率、规律服药率、在册
精神分裂症服药率、规律服药率等各项核心指标数据均居全省前列。在省政法委对17地市平安建设工
作考核中，此项工作临沂市居全省第1位。
