合的意见》。开展"机关党建系统推进年活动，强化系统党建，推动市直89个行业系统主管部门实现
党建与业务工作同谋划、同部署、同落实、同考核；组织市直123个单位21400余名党员到社区开展志
愿服务活动。深入开展机关党建大调研，形成调研报告12篇，上报5篇均获"2018年度全省机关党建优
秀研究成果。
