    2018年，临沂市一般公共预算收入311.8亿元，完成调整预算的100.2%，同比增长9.3%，加上上
级税收返还和转移支付补助、调入资金、动用预算稳定调节基金及上年结转收入等408.2亿元，收入
共计720亿元。全市一般公共预算支出639.1亿元，完成调整预算的101.9%，增长8.4%，加上上解上级
支出、安排预算稳定调节基金、债务还本及结转下年支出等80.9亿元，支出共计720亿元。收支相抵，
实现收支平衡。
