    围绕生态文明建设的热点问题，积极开展调研，为市委、市政府提供决策依据。针对城市垃圾处
理难题，组织人员到杭州、重庆开展城市生活垃圾分类调研活动，形成《关于城市生活垃圾分类的调
研报告》。为加快推进清洁能源利用，组织开展地热资源供暖调研活动，形成《关于在我市尽快推广
地源热泵清洁供暖的建议》，以参阅件的形式分别呈报给市委、市政府，市委、市政府主要领导进行
了批示。
