    2018年，临沂市共有4个中央专项彩票公益金项目，分别在蒙阴县、郯城县、沂水县、临沭县。
项目总投资9219万元，其中中央财政专项资金8000万元，县财政配套资金1219万元。建设155.3公里
生产路和部分农田水利设施，惠及4县7个乡镇52个村、4800户贫困户、1.18万贫困人口。
