    新签约项目16个，合同利用区外资金148.8亿元。其中，世界500强企业中信元钧年产2.5万吨有
机溶剂项目落户临港。汇德丰高档有机玻璃、盛阳金汇年产万吨食品级不锈钢项目、永安昊宇120万
吨不锈钢管件、中再生二期等项目也相继落地建设。围绕园区发展招人才，出台人才引进"黄金20条，
区组织部牵头引进省级以上领军人才3人，高层次创新创业人才17人。
