    4月28日，市委党校新校开工奠基仪式举行，市委书记、市委党校校长王玉君，市委副书记、代
市长孟庆斌，市委常委、组织部部长姜仕礼，市委常委、宣传部部长任刚等出席仪式。市委党校新校
位于河东区，占地面积25.07公顷，建设有办公楼、教学楼、图书馆、报告厅、文体馆、学员宿舍、
学员餐厅、生活附属设施等。11月底，所有建筑全部封顶。
