    各级档案部门多层次、多渠道开展档案干部培训，全年举办各类档案业务培训班44期，培训3260
人次。市档案局举办全市档案系统领导干部专题培训班，邀请名师专家授课，异地教学，学思结合。
在档案系列职称评审方面，有2人获得“全省档案专家”称号，136人获得档案专业技术职务的任职资
格，其中高级20人、中级49人、初级67人。以学会为依托，组织开展档案征文和学术交流活动，有62
项成果获省档案学优秀成果奖，17项成果获国际档案日主题征文优秀成果奖。
