项；9月，市委副书记、市长张术平，常务副市长李沂明，副市长常红军分别听取成果汇报；10月，
通过市规划联审会和市规委会审议；11月14日，市政府正式行文审批并向社会公示。起草《关于进一
步规范临沂商城规划建设工作的意见》，将《临沂市商品交易市场规划管理条例》列入2017—2021年
立法项目库，已完成立法前期调研招投标工作。
