    不断加大技改投入，全市实施工业技术改造项目1294个，完成技改投资1135.4亿元、增长2.4%，占
工业投资的57.3%。全市技改完工项目共639个，年度完成投资590.9亿元，其中投资过亿元项目完工246
个，年度完成投资450.7亿元。全市重点工业技术改造项目134个，计划总投资502.6亿元，年度计划完
成投资274.6亿元。
