    围绕建设“大美新”临沂，加快实施新旧动能转换，主动认领任务，加快推进实施。代市政府起
草《全市促进医药产业转型升级的实施意见》，以市政府名义印发。指导帮扶鲁南制药、罗欣药业2
家企业9个项目，入围省食品药品监督管理局12个帮扶重点企业、重点项目，享受行政审批、许可认
证等“快速通道”待遇。完成“三引一促”确定目标，到位资金2.4亿元，引进人才21名。
