    加大执法检查力度。开展异地执法检查、安全生产大检查、百日攻坚治理行动和“四不两直”暗
查暗访等各类执法活动，解决只检查不执法和执法不严、人情执法等问题，以检查促落实，以处罚促
整改，整治了一批非法违法行为。2017年，全市安监系统共检查企业23082家次，查处事故隐患87118条，
行政处罚决定4000.2万元、处罚到位3648.7万元，处罚决定数、到位数同比分别增长100.1%和104.55%。
其中，市安监局罚款到位1743.7万元，创历史新高。
