    以工商总局批复同意临沂开展“网络市场监管与服务示范区”创建为契机，市政府成立创建领导
小组，建立联席会议制度，印发相关配套文件，举行创建启动仪式，国家工商总局副局长甘霖等省市
领导出席会议并讲话，临沂市成为全国第3个、全省首个开展“示范区”创建工作的市。按照推进线
上线下一体化监管的部署，以“网络市场监管与服务示范区”创建为载体，探索建立网络市场综合监
管模式，全市查办网络交易违法案件310件，居全省第1位。
