矩、钻业务”学习教育、后勤“规范周”和司务长队伍“五个过一遍”等活动，组织各类专业兵培训。
投入80余万元，推进直属队等单位营房改造；推进老大队部停偿工作；协调市政府，申请经济适用房
36套。开展“后勤服务下基层”活动，提升服务保障质量。
