    获批成为中国红十字会首批红十字参与养老试点市，联合市民政局、老龄委出台实施意见，在临
沂卫校和山东煤炭临沂温泉疗养院建立养老护理培训机构和红十字养老护理院，募集150万元支持红
十字养老护理院建设。援建红十字曜阳托老所3处，红十字博爱幸福院1处，失能老人照护设备扶持项
目2个；筹集10万元帮助库区贫困老人享受营养午餐。开展义诊赠药、老年关爱照护服务等活动20余场
次，服务老年群众2000余人。
