    市委、市政府出台《临沂市信访工作责任制实施方案》，压实信访工作责任。按照要求，全市各
级各部门对信访工作不力的有关责任人员，通过约谈、通报、诫勉谈话、组织调整或组织处理等方式
进行了追责问责。市信访局被省委、省政府授予全省信访工作先进集体和党的十九大安保维稳工作先
进集体。
