中，全市地方级税收收入完成238.1亿元，同口径增长11.2%，占一般公共预算收入的81%, 收入增幅和
税收比重均居全省第1位。全市一般公共预算支出574.3亿元，完成调整预算的104%，比上年增长7.6%。
