    全市划定永久基本农田719431公顷，其中城市周边32300公顷，保护率由32.2%提高至58.8%。坚持数
量、质量、生态“三位一体”，实施土地整治项目103个，整治总规模23896公顷，其中立项市、县级
土地整治项目40个，整治规模8249.79公顷；验收土地整治项目14个，新增耕地1001.47公顷，连续18年
实现占补平衡。 完成“十二五” 201333公顷高标准基本农田建设任务。投入资金1.57亿元，立项实施
2016年百万亩土地整治工程项目14个，建设高标准基本农田8233公顷。
