    开展文明行业创建，全系统有13个单位保持“省级文明单位”、4个单位保持“市级文明单位”、
1个单位被授予“市级文明单位”称号。举办临沂市第九届“劳动之星”暨全市公路系统第十二届职
工技能竞赛，3人获得“临沂市劳动之星”，2人分别获得“富民兴鲁劳动奖章”和“临沂市三八红旗
手”，1个单位获得“振兴沂蒙劳动奖状”。认真受理群众咨询投诉，累计接听96660电话5万余次，受
理求助救援1189次，承办12345市民服务热线1409件，办结率达100%。加大行业宣传力度，北疏港路施
工场景在《山东新闻联播》头条《山东内外兼修构筑立体交通大格局》播出。
