    认真贯彻落实《畜禽规模养殖污染防治条例》，按照市委市政府《临沂市落实<水污染防治行动
计划>实施方案》部署要求，成立了畜禽养殖污染专项整治工作领导小组，制定整治方案，加强指导
督导，狠抓工作落实。全市共摸排禁养区内养殖场、养殖大户5288家，全部整治清理完毕。对非禁养
区内14843家养殖场户进行粪污无害化处理和雨污分流设施的完善提升。
