    市委常委会每季度听取一次专题汇报，市委、市政府每月召开一次现场会，强力推进脱贫攻坚工
作。出台扶贫开发工作成效考核办法及实施细则，建立抽查、巡查、督查“三查”制度。在全省率先
建设了沂蒙脱贫攻坚指挥平台，实现工作动态线上追踪、脱贫成效实时晾晒、调度考核科学评估。与
市审计部门联合成立审计监督组，对扶贫工作实施全过程“嵌入式”审计监督。
