    引导贫困群众根据资源禀赋、自身优势和产业基础，因地制宜发展特色产业。通过产业扶贫，共
有8.1万余名贫困群众实现稳定脱贫。其中，通过种养加特色农业扶贫，帮助6.7万名贫困群众实现脱
贫。实施电商扶贫，全市受益贫困人口2.38 万人。实施旅游扶贫，全市累计投入1.28亿元，带动2000
余名贫困群众脱贫。实施光伏扶贫，建成村级电站、户用光伏扶贫项目191个，带动l万多名贫困群众
脱贫。
