    年内，全市各级到位财政专项扶贫资金7.8亿元。其中，争取上级资金4.05亿元；市级财政专项扶
贫资金到位1.75亿元，较2015年度增长276%；县级财政配套2亿元。坚持涉农资金“应整全整、能合尽
合”，按照渠道不变、用途不变，集中连片使用“两不变一集中”的原则，加大涉农资金整合力度，
全年共整合涉农资金24亿元。在2016年度财政专项扶贫资金绩效评价工作中名列山东省第一。
