    2016年，全市国有资产监管部门积极发挥职能作用，完善法人治理结构，构建“1+N”政策体系，
大力推进国有企业改革创新、转型发展，各项工作取得了明显成效。市管企业活力持续增强，运营水
平不断提高。至年底，市管企业资产总额达到275亿元，同比增长16.15%；国有资产110亿元，同比增
长3.91%；资本保值增值率104.47%；实现营业收入17亿元，实现利税1.2亿元。
