    按照市政府部署，市为老服务大厅整合至市政务服务中心，设立老年证登记办理、综合咨询、便
民服务等窗口，向老年人提供涉老政策答疑，法律、健康知识咨询，心理疏导等服务。将老年优待证
办理权限下放至县区，提升了办证效率。全年共办理老年优待证14.6万张。
