血干细胞捐献5人。在兰山区人民医院建立市造血干细胞血样采集中心。山东省政府副省长王随莲看
望慰问造血干细胞捐献者诸葛福国；市政府副市长赵爱华接见慰问造血干细胞捐献者代表；组织二次
捐献者顾昭瑞参加山东省红十字会组织的捐献供患见面宣传推广活动；开展造血干细胞捐献表彰全市
46位造血干细胞捐献者为临沂市红十字会荣誉会员。
