    理顺执法案件分级审批机制，出台《案件分级审批管理办法》《行政处罚案件办理程序规定》。联
合兰山区人民法院设立山东省首个城市管理巡回法庭，强化城市管理行政执法与刑事司法的有效衔接，
强制执行案件18起，执行金额30余万元。全年办理城市管理行政处罚案件1.41万件。其中，一般程序案
件534件， 简易程序案件13636件。城市管理行政处罚案件罚款2433.39万元。出台《加强市政基础工程
管理和执法工作的意见》，强化信息共享、协同应对、快速处置和联动执法，市政公用类案件比重占案
件总量的12.5%。
