    坚持以重点镇引领小城镇协调发展，24个重点镇实现公共财政预算收入39亿元；全市村镇建设完成
投资160亿元。 推进农村新型社区建设。全市新开工农村社区50个、农房6.7万户、危房改造10193户；
“气上楼”农户达25万户；180个农村新型社区实现“暖入户”；446个社区实现“水治污”；率先启动
农村“硬化+改厕”示范试点，硬化村庄道路1002万平方米，完成改厕4.6万户。全市12个农村社区入选
“省级示范社区” ，数量居山东省首位；有6个村被评为第二批省级宜居村庄，13个村被评为省级传统
村落；组织评选“沂蒙传统村落”32个。
