    建立日常监察和专项监察相结合工作机制，组织开展煤炭行政执法活动。对工作进展、重要政策文
件落实、煤炭安全指标完成情况等组织专项督查。年内，临沂市煤炭办共组织开展季度和专项检查15次，
查出问题200余条，对查出的问题全部按治理责任、措施、资金、期限、应急预案、监控措施“六落实”
要求进行整改。
