    全市进一步落实信访工作责任制， 建立了信访工作责任追究体系。9月11日，市委办公室、市政府
办公室印发《关于进一步强化信访工作责任追究的意见》 。《意见》明确了信访工作责任追究的7种主
要形式， 确定了信访工作责任追究的36种适用情形，严格责任追究的具体程序。该《意见》是全市第1
个关于信访工作责任追究的规范性文件，对严明信访工作纪律、压实信访工作责任起到有力推动作用。
