    2014年，全年累计组织各项收入197.85亿元，增长17.84%，剔除“营改增”因素增长21.36%。其中，
市县级收入182.05亿元， 增长17.58%， 剔除“营改增”因素增长21.39%；公共财政收入176亿元，增长
17.75%，剔除“营改增”因素增长21.72%，占全市公共财政收入的比重为70.2%。全市地税收入和市县
级收入均居全省第六位，增幅均居全省第二位，分别高于全省平均增幅7.46、6.57个百分点。
