    面对房地产市场步入调整期、投资增速明显下滑的严峻形势，及时召开全市建筑业工作会议，开
展建筑劳务、县域建筑业发展调研，引导建筑业转型升级、健康发展。全市实现建筑业总产值727亿
元、增加值181亿元，实缴税金22亿元，建筑业从业人员达29万人。扶持龙头、骨干企业发展，建筑和
装饰装修业新增一级企业5家、二级41家，5家企业增项一级资质，2家企业金属门窗工程资质升为二级；
勘察设计咨询业新增企业8家、甲级建筑设计研究院1家。
